- What cars were on the used market at the time
- The average mileage of those cars
- The value of those cars, based on their age at the time. For example, if in 2009
you bought a car, that was two years old at the time (i.e. registered in 2007),
and now, for an insurance claim, you want to prove what is was worth back then,
these pages will help you.
The car prices on this site can also be used to look at the historic depreciation
of cars, so you can make an informed decision about which car model to buy, in order
to minimise depreciation. They can also give you a feel for whether to invest in
GAP or depreciation insurance of the model, specification and age of car you are
buying or own.
